Mao's last dancer Movie reveiw

Imagine yourself picked, forced to do something by the government and then doing that for you whole life and then going to a whole different new country you have never been in. Well Mao did all that and Iam going to tell you my opinion about the move and somethings that happened in the movie and also tell you about the movie and this movie is bases on a true story.
So Li was chosen to learn ballet for the rest of his life. He went to Beijing adn he had to learn ballet. While he was learning ballet, he had a favorite teacher. His favorite teacher once told him a story about a frog in a well. The story was about a frog living in a well. But then one day the little frog came out of the well and saw how the world was really like. I think this story was very similar to the situation Li was in when he had to go to the US Texas to learn and perform ballet.
While Li was in the US, everything was new to him. Everything was different from China. Then later on he met a very wonderful and beautiful woman named Liz, and they started dating. But there was a problem . Later on in the movie, Li had to make a big decision. He had to choose if he would stay in the US or China. If he chooses to stay in America, he will be able to live with his love Liz and he will also be able to dance freely as he said that when he's in the US he can dance freely. But if he does choose to stay in the US, then he will never be able to see his family and friends in China. If he chooses to go back to china he will be able to see his family and friends over there bit he will have to continue learning ballet like her did in Beijing when he first started. Finally, Li chooses to stay in the US and get married to his lovely girlfriend, Liz. If I were Li in that situation, I would've done the same thing too because I would do anything for the person I'm in love with and plus, I'll get to dance freely and perform freely on stage.
For Li, his teacher insprired him to do ballet. Well for me, no one really inspires me because no one hasn't really inspired me yet. But probably someday there will be but if I had to pick someone, I would pick all the childerent I helped in Malaysia becase they are all so strong and every single each and one o fthem are beutiful adn so caring I've never seen anyone else who are strong as them.

If I were to give this movie a rating from, 1 to 5, a 1 would mean don't waste your time, 2 would be, egh it's fine, 3 would be it's a good movie, 4 would be you should watch it and 5 would be you have to watch it.I would give this movie a three. I would give it a three because, one it wasn't a movie that if you watched it it wouldn't waste your time, second it wasn't a bad movie third it was an okay movie it was a good movie. Well to me so if i were to give this movie a rating, I would give it a three.

  1. Hey Kim!
I think your movie review well summarizes the movie and it gives your opinion as well :)
I enjoyed reading it and I think it was well organized but I also think you could have a clear introduction of what you were going to write about :)
